Terms of Service

By accessing or using WealthAnalytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and WealthAnalytics. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract.

WealthAnalytics is a personal finance analytics SaaS that allows users to:

• Track net worth by logging assets and liabilities
• Record and categorise financial transactions
• Log and view holdings including stocks, mutual funds, and SIPs
• Set and track financial goals and budgets
• View historical net worth trends and analytics
• Import and export financial data

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. All financial data is entered manually by the user — the Service does not connect to bank accounts, brokers, or financial institutions unless explicitly stated. We do not handle funds, execute trades, or provide financial advice.

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

One person may maintain only one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is not permitted.

Free Plan — Available at no cost with usage limits as described on the pricing page.

Paid Plans — Starter and Pro plans unlock additional features and higher limits. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing — Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. By making a payment, you agree to Cashfree's terms and privacy policy. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

Renewals — Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.

Yearly plans — Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied for any reason. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the remaining subscription period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other users' data
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without our consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights

WealthAnalytics is a tool for personal record-keeping and data visualisation only. Nothing on the Service should be construed as:

• Investment advice or recommendations to buy or sell any security
• Tax advice or guidance on tax-efficient investing
• Legal or financial planning advice
• A guarantee of any financial outcome

We are not registered with SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, or any other regulatory body. You should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser, chartered accountant, or certified financial planner before making any investment or financial decision.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-entered financial data), is owned by WealthAnalytics and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your financial data belongs to you. We grant ourselves a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WealthAnalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. For material changes affecting paid users, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By you — You may close your account at any time by contacting mahaveer30032005@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

By us — We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
