WealthAnalytics ("we", "our", "us") is a personal finance dashboard operated as an independent software product. Our service is available at wealthanalytics.in and related sub-domains.

Account information — When you register, we collect your email address and optionally your full name. If you sign in via Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive your name and email from those providers.

Financial data you enter — Assets, liabilities, transactions, goals, budgets, SIP records, stock holdings, insurance policies, and net worth snapshots that you manually enter into the service. This data is stored in your account and associated with your user ID.

Usage data — We may collect anonymised, aggregated usage metrics (e.g. page views, feature usage counts) to understand how the product is used. This data cannot be used to identify you.

Payment information — If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card number, UPI ID, or bank account details. We receive only a transaction ID and payment status.

Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically as part of standard server logs and for security purposes.

• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not use your financial data to target advertisements, train AI models, or sell to data brokers.

Your data is stored on Supabase, which is backed by AWS infrastructure in the ap-south-1 region (Mumbai, India). All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2+.

We use Row-Level Security (RLS) policies in our database to ensure that each user can only access their own data — this is enforced at the database level, not just in application code.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — Supabase (database and auth), Cashfree (payments), Vercel (hosting). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• OAuth providers — If you use Google/Apple/Facebook sign-in, your sign-in is governed by their respective privacy policies.
• Legal requirements — If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfer — In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before this happens.

We use browser localStorage to persist your authentication session and UI preferences (such as your default currency and active family profile). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

We may use a session cookie issued by Supabase Auth to maintain your logged-in state. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function.

You have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Export — Download your complete financial data at any time from Settings → Data Export (CSV, Excel, JSON, TXT)
• Correction — Update or correct your account information
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and all associated data. Email us at mahaveer30032005@gmail.com and we will process the request within 30 days.
• Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and financial records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records for 7 years under Indian GST rules).

WealthAnalytics is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it promptly.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
